Layout of the Month

 Last month I got to play with Attitude! collection from Kaisercraft for Merly Impressions. I had the most fun, experimenting with paint and splodge, etc. This was my favourite layout of the month.

I started off with my base paper and had a play with gesso and various stencils.  I think I need to get some texture paste or better gesso.  Anyway,

I then added some textured layers - Attitude! papers, hessian, muslin, etc.   Each layer was pasted, painted and sprayed to varying degrees.

I think the layers of chipboard was my favourite.  I splodged loads of gesso then added some Shimmerz.  Ooh this stuff is lovely.  I love the way that you get different intensities depending on the surface.

I layered some of the Attitude! rub-ons here and there for a little more dimension.

Adding some more embellishments/metal and other stuff I could find lying around.

I love how this turned out and quite different for me, although I have played a few times since.  Thanks for popping in.  I'll be back shortly with my layout for the Scrap365 sketch this month.
