I'm still here!

I bet you're thinking that I've fallen off the face of the earth! It's probably the longest between posts ever!  I have no excuses except that I have been busy over the summer doing family stuff and taking a break from blogging. As I am working on stuff for classes, I thought I would share some stuff that came out in Scrap365 Magazine earlier this year.

One of the most popular articles in the magazine is The Thrifty Scrapper - creating a layout but spending very little on materials. For my layout I used a couple of sheets of patterned paper and went to town with things I found in the kitchen.

I made paper flowers from napkins. They're a little fiddly to make but I think that they look great!

Choosing papers that can be cut out. I also made some flags using cocktail sticks

Love the texture I got by curling up the tape measure.

So hopefully as the kids go back to school tomorrow I'll be back on track.
I'll be sharing sneaky peaks of classes that I'm doing at Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn and also for Creative Craft World's Retreat on 19th October.

Thanks for stopping by (and for your patience). x
